CAD SHOP Equipped with latest engineering software's, we have arrangements to make 3D models of any components assembly. We use Cimatron, Unigraphics, Pro-engineer, AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc. We can also assist in designing of component, cabinet, enclosure, etc.

INJECTION MOULDING SHOP The machines installed in our moulding shop are precisely machined and designed for Indian conditions fitted with rugged hydraulic systems and computerized controls. We have the capacity to mould components from 1 gram to 2000 grams. Along with standard features our machines are equipped with single and multi core pulling attachments, hydraulic ejector with dedicated speed and pressure control.

Injection moulded components have ideally replaced their metallic counterparts and that too at a fraction of cost besides drastically reducing number of operations and manufacturing time.
